2 years guarantee, since purchase to all our goods, by the law. After the expiration of the warranty period you can use our service. After previous communication we are able to tell you the price and conditions of repair.

How to return goods - reclamation?

In case of damage during the warranty period, please contact us via our email info@ignisshop.com where you will send us photos of damaged items as an attachment with a presentation of how the damage occurred.

After examining documents of complain procedure we will send you a statement on further action.

In case of recognition of reclamation covers the cost of sending goods back to the customer. After completion of the complain procedure the customer has the right to be reimbursed for postage.

Can you repair damaged goods even after the warranty period?

Yes, in case that your goods are not covered by warranty, we provide a service for damaged equipment. Again it is necessary to contact us first, describe damage, based on information that you have provided. After that we will sent calculation for repair. In case of servicing, customer pays the postage.
