1. Ordering and concluding a purchase contract
All orders placed through the www.ignisshop.com online shop are binding. By submitting the order (by completing and sending the order form, or by phone or e-mail), the buyer confirms that he has become acquainted with these terms of business as well as with the complaint rules and agrees with them.

Sending an order is a draft Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement arises at the time of mutual confirmation of the order between the Buyer (You) and the Seller (Ignisshop.com, ID: 87314894) by telephone or e-mail.

The condition of the validity of the electronic order is to fill in all the prescribed data and details.

Product prices are marked for each item and include 21% VAT. The shipping cost (shipping + packing) is added to these prices, depending on the chosen delivery method.

The place of delivery is the address indicated by the buyer in the order form.

Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer, subject to payment of the purchase price, by its takeover.

The Internet shop operator www.ignisshop.com undertakes not to disclose your personal data in any form to a third party. Your personal data will be strictly secured by law and used only for communication between the seller and you. The processing and handling of personal data takes place in accordance with Act 101/2000 Coll. to protect your personal data. In the case of registration, you are automatically giving us consent to process your personal data by law and use it to communicate with you. You may terminate this consent at any time in writing.

2. Payments for goods:
In our online shop www.ignisshop.com you have several payment options for your selected items:

a) cash - you will use this form of payment if you want to pay the goods directly at the address where we are located (see contact) and the goods can be picked up or delivered by courier service.
b) cash on delivery - you will use this form of payment in case you send the goods to PPL or Czech Post to the address you provide.
c) bank transfer - this form of payment will be used if you want to transfer money to our account (payment is made in advance) and the goods are subsequently delivered to you without any additional fees after credited money to our account number: 5668978036/5500

3. Acceptance of goods:
The place of delivery is the address indicated by the buyer in the order form. The goods receipt always contains a tax document (cover for any claim), and instructions on how to use the product.

The buyer accepts the goods after payment of the goods + transport, either from the Czech Post Officer or courier service.

4. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement (Return of Goods)
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to paragraph 6 of the amendment to Civil Code No. 367/2000 within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If so decided, the undamaged goods must be returned in the original package within the specified time (determining the date of dispatch), without any signs of use or wear. Upon receiving returned goods, the seller will return the corresponding amount to the customer in 10 days in advance in advance.

The buyer can not withdraw under paragraph 7 of the purchase contract:

1) for the provision of services, if their performance was with its consent commenced before the expiry of the period of 14 days from the receipt of the performance. (2) the supply of goods or services the price of which depends on financial market disparities, irrespective of the supplier's will; (3) the supply of goods adapted to the consumer's wishes or for himself, as well as goods subject to rapid perishability, wear and tear or obsolescence. 4) the supply of audio and video recordings and computer programs if the consumer has infringed their original packaging; 5) for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines; 6) consisting of a game or a lottery.

5. Warranty Terms and Claims
The duration of the warranty period is governed by the applicable provisions of the Act, ie 24 months with the exceptions laid down by law. The warranty period begins to take place by taking over the goods to the buyer and is extended by the time the product was in the warranty service.

Guaranteed 24-month warranty applies only to the final consumer, not to the entrepreneur (buyer ID) who purchases the goods for the purpose of further trade in the product. In this case, the warranty period is not set by the Civil Code, but it is determined by a specific importer of goods to the Czech Republic.

Any complaints will be settled in accordance with the complaints of the internet shop www.ignisshop.com (see below) and the law applicable in the Czech Republic.

Replacement or return of the goods is only possible in the case of return, undamaged packaging and all accessories.

Send the goods on the complaint in the original package, the carrier does not guarantee for badly packed consignments.

6. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply in the wording given on the Seller's website on the date of sending the electronic order to the Purchaser.

By submitting an electronic order, the buyer accepts all terms and conditions of the Business Terms and Conditions, as applicable on the day of the order, even the valid price of the order
