These Terms govern the rights and duties of the contracting parties under the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), EU Directive 2011/83/EU and related Czech regulations.

International shipments: For buyers outside the EU/EEA the contract is governed by Czech law; mandatory consumer rights of the buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected. All customs duties, taxes and import fees are borne by the buyer.

2 Definitions

  • Seller – Daniel Vlček.
  • Consumer buyer – a natural person acting outside business activity.
  • Business buyer – a person acting within business activity.
  • Contract – a distance (on-line) purchase contract.

3 Order and Contract Conclusion

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms familiarity with the Terms and the Complaints Procedure. The contract is concluded when the seller e-mails an order confirmation. The seller may request additional confirmation. Prices are final; if the seller becomes a VAT payer, prices will be shown including VAT. Title passes upon receipt of the goods and full payment.

4 Payment Terms

  • PayPal (card / PayPal balance; PayPal fees apply)
  • Bank transfer in advance – Fio Banka CZK account 5668978036/5500
  • Cash on delivery – cash to the courier (surcharge; may not be available in all countries)
  • Cash in person – personal pickup

The purchase price is due within 5 business days unless agreed otherwise. In case of late payment the seller may cancel the order.

5 Delivery Terms

Availability: not all items are kept in permanent stock; please check availability before ordering.
Dispatch of in-stock items: within 2 business days after contract conclusion.
Made-to-order items: lead time as stated on the product page.
Shipping notice: the buyer receives a tracking number.

Parcel inspection

  • Buyer inspects outer packaging upon receipt;
  • if visibly damaged, draws up a damage report with the courier immediately;
  • reports transport damage to the carrier and the seller within 24 h (later claims cannot be accepted).

6 Consumer Right of Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods (§ 1829 CC). Send an e-mail to info@ignisshop.com stating the order number and attaching the invoice. Return-shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The seller refunds the price of the returned product plus the cost of the cheapest delivery option originally offered within 14 days and may withhold the refund until the goods are received. The buyer is liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods (e.g. bespoke Cyr Wheels).

7 Warranty and Complaints

Standard consumer warranty: 24 months (unless stated otherwise). Claims can be submitted by e-mail or in writing with proof of purchase and defect description. Claims are resolved within 30 days. Reasonable costs of justified claims are borne by the seller (§ 1924 CC).

8 Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data are processed under GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Czech Act 110/2019 Coll.; see the Privacy Policy on our website.

9 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR)

EU consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract and the Terms are governed by Czech law; disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of the buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

11 Final Provisions

The Terms are published at www.ignisshop.com and apply in the wording effective on the order date. The seller may amend the Terms; amendments take effect on the day of publication, but not sooner than 14 days after publication. The Complaints Procedure and Privacy Policy form an integral part of these Terms.
