AuraX Staff 2.0

AuraX Staff 2.0 is a fully programmable LED staff designed for flow arts, stage performance, visual shows, and professional performances. With a high number of LEDs along its entire length, it creates smooth light patterns, color transitions, effects, logos, and custom animations prepared in IgnisStudio.

The new AuraX2 version introduces our own control system, a fast Wi-Fi interface, the ability to store custom programs, synchronization of multiple devices, live effects, LED FX audio-reactive mode via PC, and convenient control from a phone, tablet, or computer.

📱 Control via Wi-Fi and the AuraX app

Thanks to built-in Wi-Fi, you can control the AuraX Staff from your phone, tablet, or computer. The device connects to your hotspot or Wi-Fi network, and the web control interface can be opened via aurax.local. In the app and web interface, you can see connected devices, their IP addresses, battery status, signal strength, and easily switch between them.

At the top of the control interface, you will find simple light ON/OFF controls. In the programs section, you can start a prepared program using the START button, stop it with STOP, and choose which program should be played. Uploaded programs can also be deleted and reordered directly inside the device.

AuraX2 supports synchronization of multiple devices at once. This allows you to start a program together, turn the lights on or off, and match effects, colors, and speed within the same synchronization class. This is ideal for duo performances, groups, or multiple props used in one choreography.

✨ Effects, colors, and LED FX

AuraX2 includes live effects that you can use without preparing a program on a computer. You get 46 light effects, 29 ready-made color palettes, and the option to create your own color combination. Colors can be selected easily using a classic color wheel.

LED FX expands AuraX2 with live audio-reactive control via computer. Thanks to the external LED FX software, the AuraX Staff can react to music in real time, changing the lights according to the sound, rhythm, and intensity of the music. This function is available only when controlled via PC.

🎛️ IgnisStudio - custom programs perfectly matched to music

The AuraX Staff can be quickly and easily programmed in our IGNIS STUDIO software. Our goal was to create a user-friendly program where anyone can prepare their own show. You can import images, graphics, or logos into your project, set the pixel count of your device, create a project name, and start building your own light choreography.

Individual images and effects can be placed on the timeline, where you can move them according to the music track. The preview shows you how the final show will look while spinning. Finished programs can be saved, edited again, shared as a project, or uploaded directly to the AuraX2 device.

The device can store your own custom programs, change their order, and launch them whenever needed. This allows you to prepare multiple choreographies for different performances and easily switch between them on site.

🔄 Firmware updates

AuraX2 supports notifications for available firmware updates. This makes it easy to see when a new system version is ready with fixes, improvements, or new features. The latest firmware and update information can be found on the AuraX upgrade page.

🔧 Construction

The AuraX Staff is designed to withstand real use during both training and performance. The body is made from strong polycarbonate, which distributes light beautifully while protecting the LED electronics inside. The ends are equipped with silicone protection, helping to absorb impacts and improve durability during manipulation.

Charging is handled via a modern USB-C connector. This makes charging convenient without the need for special chargers. Battery life depends on the selected brightness, chosen effects, and the type of program being played.
