AuraX Dragon Staff Modules

Smart LED modules a.k.a. Dragon Staff Modules are ready to light up your show. This is a new generation of light equipment that combines advanced technology, creativity, unique design, and practical construction for dragon staff.

The modules are easy to attach to a 22 or 25 mm staff. Slide them on, tighten the Allen screw, and start spinning. Thanks to weights inside the arms, the modules have excellent inertia and the dragon staff feels stable in rotation.

📱 Control via Wi-Fi and the AuraX app

Thanks to built-in Wi-Fi, you can control the device from your phone, tablet, or computer. The device connects to your hotspot or Wi-Fi network, and the web control interface opens through aurax.local. In the AuraX app and web interface, you can see connected devices, IP addresses, battery status, signal strength, and switch between them easily.

The control interface gives you quick access to light ON/OFF, program START and STOP, effect settings, brightness, colors, speed, and synchronization. Uploaded programs can be deleted or reordered directly inside the device.

AuraX2 supports synchronization of multiple devices at once. You can start programs together, switch lights on or off, and match effects, colors, and speed within the same sync class. This is useful for duo shows, group performances, or combining multiple AuraX props in one choreography.

✨ Effects, colors, and LED FX

Each module contains 138 bright LEDs in a 6 x 23 layout. During rotation, it creates strong light patterns that look great on stage and on video. AuraX2 lets you control colors, brightness, speed, live effects, custom programs, and synchronization with other AuraX devices.

LED FX through PC adds audio-reactive mode, where the light reacts to music in real time. This is ideal for shows where the dragon staff should breathe with the rhythm.

🎛️ IgnisStudio - custom shows matched to music

The device can be programmed in IGNIS STUDIO, our software for custom pixel shows. You can import images, graphics, logos, and visual elements, set the pixel count of your device, create a project, and build your own light choreography.

Images and effects can be placed on the timeline and matched to an audio track. The preview helps you see how the final show will look in motion. Finished programs can be saved, edited again, shared as a project, or uploaded directly to the AuraX2 device.

This makes AuraX Dragon Staff Modules suitable not only for live effect control, but also for carefully prepared performances where every moment of the light show is designed in advance.

🔧 Construction

AuraX Dragon Staff Modules were designed with functionality, durability, and easy installation in mind. The module body is made from strong ABS plastic with reinforcements. LEDs are protected by transparent polycarbonate, which also helps diffuse the light.

The module has three arms, each with two rows of LEDs. At the end of each arm is a plastic cap with a weight, improving spinning inertia. Charging is handled through USB-C, protected by a rubber cap against dust and moisture.
